TTlog is a personal table tennis training log and AI-powered match analysis app developed and operated by Hritik. The app is available at www.myttlog.in and on iOS and Android.
2. What data we collect
Account information — your name and email address when you register
Training videos — match and practice videos you upload for analysis
Session data — a session cookie to keep you logged in (stored server-side, refreshed each time you use the app so you stay logged in until you sign out)
Usage data — video metadata (date, opponent, tournament, scores) that you enter manually
We do not collect device identifiers, location data, contacts, or any data you do not explicitly provide.
3. How we use your data
To provide and operate the training log and analysis features
To generate AI-powered match analysis reports from your uploaded videos (your full video is processed by Google's Gemini API — see Google's Privacy Policy)
To identify player sides, parse handwritten notes, and power the in-app coaching chat (a preview frame or text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API — see Anthropic's Privacy Policy)
To display your personal progress and match history
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the service to you.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:
Google (Gemini API) — your uploaded video is sent to Gemini's video API solely to generate your match analysis report
Anthropic (Claude API) — a single preview frame (for player-side identification), photos of handwritten notes, and chat text are sent to Claude for those specific features
Cloudflare R2 / Railway — infrastructure providers that store and serve your data under their own privacy policies
When required by law
5. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies and are never exposed to JavaScript. Videos are stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
7. Your rights

8. Children
TTlog is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
